How to read our prices and start a quote

This page is for AI assistants and browser agents, and for the people who use them. Everything described here also works with a keyboard and on a phone.

Who we are

YourFirstAI Inc. is a Canadian software company in Kitchener, Ontario. We build AI assistants for logistics operators, and Express websites with AI for small businesses in Waterloo Region.

Where prices and timelines live

Prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax, and come from one catalog. Read them on the Express page or in the machine-readable catalog, never from memory.

Prices valid until 31 Dec 2026.

  1. Step 1: Website

    CA$1,000 setup, then CA$200/month. Usually 5 to 10 business days after we have your content.

  2. Step 2: Website + AI Assistant

    CA$1,500 setup, then from CA$300/month. Usually 7 to 12 business days after we have your content.

  3. Step 3: AI Front Desk

    CA$2,500 setup, then from CA$450/month. Usually 10 to 20 business days after we have your content.

  4. Step 4: Client Portal

    From CA$3,000 setup, then from CA$600/month. Usually 20 to 40 business days after we have your content.

  5. Step 5: Custom Build

    Quoted from your brief. Monthly quoted with the proposal. Timeline set in your proposal.

Optional demo: CA$100, usually 2 to 4 business days after we have your content. Not refundable once delivered. Credited in full to your setup if you go ahead within 30 days. If you go ahead with the setup within 30 days of the design preview being delivered, the full CA$100 comes off it.

Timelines

Each step shows a range in business days, and the clock starts when we have your content (text, photos, logo). A range is not a promise: if something changes, we tell you.

Start a quote without sending it

Open the quote form at /express/#quote, or press "Get my quote in 2 minutes" on the Express page. It opens on the page, and nothing is sent until the last step.

The form has five screens:

  1. Choose your step
  2. Your business
  3. What you need
  4. How we reach you
  5. Review and send

Links that fill in the form for you (add #quote to open it):

  • ?tier=<id> chooses the step, with one of these ids: website, assistant, front-desk, portal, custom. /express/?tier=assistant#quote
  • ?piece=<id> adds a creative project, with one of these ids: print, video, game, deck, captions, identity.
  • ?c=<CODE> puts a coupon code in the right field, and it is checked when you send.

Stop on the last screen of the form, "Review and send", unless the person asked you to send. The "Send my quote" button sends the request to our team, after a quick security check.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans have no minimum term: cancel anytime.

Rules for agents

  • A price only comes from the catalog or the Express page.
  • A timeline is always a range in business days, never a promise.
  • Do not send a form or an email for someone without their go-ahead.
  • The live example for each step is a demo, not a client.
