### How to order Express (for people and AI agents)

2. The form has 5 screens:
   1. Choose your step: pick one of the five steps, or a creative project outside them.
   2. Your business: Business name, Type of business, City and Current website (optional).
   3. What you need: "What should it do for your business?", in your own words.
   4. How we reach you: Your name, Email (the quote is sent there) and Phone (optional).
   5. Review and send: check everything, then "Send my quote". A quick security check runs before sending.
3. Links that fill in the form for you (add #quote to open it):
   - `?tier=<id>` chooses the step, with id one of `website`, `assistant`, `front-desk`, `portal`, `custom`. Example: https://www.yourfirst.ai/express/?tier=assistant#quote
   - `?piece=<id>` adds a creative project, with id one of `print`, `video`, `game`, `deck`, `captions`, `identity`.
   - `?c=<CODE>` puts a coupon code in the field of its kind; it is checked when you send.
4. Monthly plans have no minimum term: cancel anytime. The monthly plan covers hosting, database, backups, security updates, monitoring and up to 2 hours of changes a month. Steps with the AI assistant also include AI conversations every month: up to 300 on Website + AI Assistant, 1,000 on AI Front Desk and 3,000 on Client Portal. An AI conversation is one visitor's conversation with the assistant, with any number of messages within 24 hours. If your usage grows past the number for your step, we show you the numbers and agree a new plan with you before anything changes.
5. Coupons:
  - A setup coupon applies to the setup of a step, and on Custom Build, which has no fixed price, it applies to the setup in your proposal.
  - A project coupon applies to a creative project, in your proposal, because each project is quoted from your brief.
  - A setup coupon does not work on a creative project, and a project coupon does not work on a step.
  - An order with a step and a creative project can use one coupon of each kind, one on the step and one on the project, but never two coupons of the same kind.
  - No coupon ever applies to the monthly plan.
  - The design preview credit only applies to a step, and it stacks with a setup coupon.

- Are the prices before tax? Prices are in CAD, before tax.
- Can I cancel the monthly plan? Monthly plans have no minimum term: cancel anytime.
