Each step includes everything below it. Setup is paid once; the monthly plan keeps it hosted, backed up and running.
The monthly plan covers hosting, database, backups, security updates, monitoring and up to 2 hours of changes a month. Steps with the AI assistant also include AI conversations every month: up to 300 on Website + AI Assistant, 1,000 on AI Front Desk and 3,000 on Client Portal. An AI conversation is one visitor's conversation with the assistant, with any number of messages within 24 hours. If your usage grows past the number for your step, we show you the numbers and agree a new plan with you before anything changes.
First year on Website: CA$3,400 (CA$1,000 setup + 12 × CA$200), with hosting, backups and 2 h of changes a month.

Source code: after 12 paid months, or earlier by prepaying the months left to reach 12, we deliver your project's code within 60 days under a perpetual licence for your own business (no resale). Our reusable platform components and the hosted AI assistant stay ours and run only while your plan is active. Your content and data are always yours: if you cancel, we export them in a portable format within 30 days of your request. Agreements, quotes and commitments on behalf of YourFirstAI Inc. are binding only when signed by its President.

Straight answers
Are the prices before tax?
Yes. Every price is in Canadian dollars (CAD) before tax. HST is added on the invoice.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, anytime. There is no minimum term. The monthly plan covers hosting, database, backups, security updates, monitoring and up to 2 hours of changes a month. Steps with the AI assistant also include AI conversations every month: up to 300 on Website + AI Assistant, 1,000 on AI Front Desk and 3,000 on Client Portal. An AI conversation is one visitor's conversation with the assistant, with any number of messages within 24 hours. If your usage grows past the number for your step, we show you the numbers and agree a new plan with you before anything changes.
How long does it take?
Each step shows a range in business days, and the clock starts when we have your content (text, photos, logo). It is a range, not a promise: if something changes, we tell you.
I have a coupon from a store or a magazine.
Enter it in the quote form, or scan the QR code on the card. Your quote shows the discount; on a custom build or a creative project, it is in your proposal. A setup coupon applies to the setup of a step, and on Custom Build, which has no fixed price, it applies to the setup in your proposal. A project coupon applies to a creative project, in your proposal, because each project is quoted from your brief. No coupon ever applies to the monthly plan. Who owns the content?
You do. Your text, photos, logo and domain name stay yours.
Who registers and pays for the domain and the business email?
You do, in your own name, so they always stay yours. You pay the registrar for the domain and your email provider (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, for example) directly. During setup we connect both to your site, or set them up with you if you don't have them yet.
Do you write the text for the site?
You send the text, photos and logo you have; the setup includes laying them out and editing them for the web, in the round of changes before launch. If you need new text written from scratch, we quote it before we start.
Do I have to pay for the design preview?
Only if you want one. It's optional and costs CA$100. If you go ahead with the setup within 30 days of the design preview being delivered, the full CA$100 comes off it. Not refundable once delivered; nothing is paid up front.
How do the 2 hours of changes work?
Every monthly plan includes up to 2 hours of changes a month: text, photos, prices, opening hours or a new section on an existing page. Send requests by email; we log the time in 15-minute blocks and send you the balance each month. Unused time doesn't roll over. New pages or new features are quoted before we start.
Can I get the source code?
Yes. Once 12 monthly payments are made (setup already paid), we hand over your project's source code with a licence to run and modify it for your own business.
